Where do you ship from?

We ship from our strategically located warehouses across the United States, Australia, and China. Your order will be dispatched from the location that ensures the quickest delivery, depending on your destination and the availability of the item.

Please allow 24-72 hours (Monday to Friday) for us to carefully pack and inspect your shoes before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status. You can always check the latest updates on your shipment by visiting our tracking page.

Your package may be shipped from different countries depending on stock availability, but rest assured, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Light Up Shoes Shop. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you also have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when initiating a return.

Please note there is a flat rate $8.00 return shipping fee for orders in the United States. International customers must pay for their own shipping label when sending a return.
